Sweet Poison

i cannot answer to the article but i can say taht when we stopped using the  pink packets we both starte dfeeling better-not so many muscle aches and pains... i use splenda -but i do use sf puddig etc....

Has anyone checked out Stevia? It is a natural sweetner....I was put on to it by my naturalistic chiropractor... I just picked some up at a natural foods store, but have not used it yet. I have been very concerned with using Splenda sweetened foods---albeit rarely. If i drank Crystal Lite, I would have a headache the next morning.... no Splenda, no headache.

Hey , I'm all for feeling better.  This natural way of eating is kind of growing on me.

I've used Stevia, it's ok. It has an after taste but so do the others. Most grocery stores carry it now. Just a couple drops is all it takes.  Alice

HI Peggy, I HOPE you start feeling better soon with your new regiment!  I'll keep my fingers and toes crossed it helps.  I don't like to hear you're not feeling well.

We don't drink soda of any kind around here but do use artificial sweetener in coffee.  I think I will switch to Yellow packets now.  Couldn't hurt, right?

Lots of soft stuffing for my tiny hiney.I had it built low to the ground, short legs dangling are just so out of style.heehee. Joy ,I used Slenda for years.The way I've decided to go with any sweetner is, If it is a chemicaly produced item , I won't purchase it.   I will be checking all the items I buy, if Aspartame is in the item it won't go in my shopping cart.    I won't tell anyone to stop using anything, that is up to that person to make up thier own mind.  I don't usually have such a strong reaction to food product's ,but hey, this got my attention. 

Oh I suspect your Navy hubby is like mine....... able to put up with any "hurricane" that blows his way!  I do have some high highs and low lows.....  he's survived them all.....  Yours will too. Remember that your hormones are now going crazy because they were set free from their hiding place in your previous fat.  This too shall pass.... I think I wanna nice simple cushion for my seat on the bench.  How 'bout I sit next to you on your red cushion and mine will be blue?  We'll be patriotic together, ok?  I'm still in the mindset of "if" I lose enough weight to need more padding, I'll cross that bridge when I get there!  LOL

There was fog as I headed to the ocean on my way to work this morning.  Made it very humid and I don't do humid very well.....  Yuk.....  Fritz Coleman promises a change in this weather coming and I am personally going to hold him to that!

You are so right dear girl, Our guys are strong and can handle a lot.  The lot I 'd like to hand my honey man is a lotta smiling wife,   a lot of Joy in his home,   a lot of peace , or was that a lotta of piece,    a lot of fun.  I 'm working on all this lotta stuff.   Believe me young-un, you will lose that cush you call a hiney. You'll need to find a comfy pillow for your back side, so keep your eye open.   Blue it is, simple in design, simple and classy, classy just like you.  Patriotic women, can't get much better then that.  All thoes flags flying around us might be a dead give away.  Hugs to you dear one, Peg
